News about the economy is everywhere; you can’t escape it, or so it seems. And this makes me think of our customer’s. Are they getting the best benefit from their RealOA intranet as they can and should? I’m happy to note that based on a spot audit of our customer’s, both large and small, a serious percentage are definitely getting the benefit they need and should expect. Without too much interference from us our customers are to a substantial level using their RealOA intranets more effectively today than they probably were a year or two ago. Why? Because their company needs it. Their RealOA intranet has become that centralized communication center reducing the effort needed by management to keep everyone on course, informed, and motivated.
